Sweet and Simple Apple Oatmeal

  • 1 packet of Go Greens
  • 1 packet of Instant Oatmeal (plain)
  • 1 packet of Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax
  • Make the instant oatmeal.
  • Mix in Go Greens and Flax.
  •  
    Gives the plain oatmeal a nice sweet apple flavor without all the sugar. Tastes great!

Green & Icy! ┬áNon-dairy “Ice Cream”

  • 1 1 packet of Go Greens
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/8 cup coconut flakes or carob chips
  • Mix the bananas (using them as the base of the “ice cream”) and Go Greens in blender.
  • Scrape into freezer bowl, mix in walnuts, cover and freeze a few hours.

    It’s the BEST Non-dairy ice cream ever!

Tropics meet the Pacific Northwest Smoothie!

  • 1 packet of Go Greens
  • 1 handful frozen banana slices
  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful frozen blackberries or marionberries
  • Pineapple Juice (amount may vary for individual preference)
  • Coconut Milk (amount may vary for individual preference)

    Blend in a blender OR with an emulsion/hand blender, adding more pineapple juice and coconut milk to adjust consistency to your own preference. Add any ground flaxseed, wheat germ, or other supplements as desired for additional nutritional purposes! Pour into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy!

Key Lime Delight

  • 1 packet of Go Greens
  • 12 oz. plain or vanilla whole milk yogurt (organic)
  • 8 oz. frozen peaches*
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  •  
    Blend all ingredients until you have a creamy milk shake texture. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

    *If your peaches are fresh or canned, add a handful of ice to freeze your shake.

Healthy To Go Breakfast

  • 2 cups Tempt Hemp Milk
  • 1 handful of frozen organic blackberries
  • 1 packet of Go Greens
  • 1 packet of Smoothie Complete
  • 1 packet of Omega To Go
  • Blend on high for 1 minute and ENJOY!
  •  
    It’s sooooo delicious! Serves 2.

Super Fruit ‘n Flax Smoothie

  • 1 packet Go Greens
  • 1 packet Smoothie Complete
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp cold milled flax seed
  • 1 handful of frozen organic blueberries
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup organic unfiltered apple juice
  • Toss into a blender and mix!
  •  
    You can add any fruit you’d like. You can use frozen mangos or pineapple instead of the blueberries. Try a different juice… get creative!
